04.11.11: The Devon and Cornwall Police would like to make you aware of a male who has been reported to us for making off without payment in the mid Cornwall area.

The male is using the name of Mr. Mooney and is described as a white, approximately 25 years of age, 5 feet 6 inches in height, of slim build, with dark brown to black hair which is receding slightly and he may have a beard.
