News from the Friends of Pendower Beach: AGM and Open Meeting on the Roseland Plan.
Thursday 19th November at 7.30pm, Gerrans Memorial Hall.
If you have questions about the Roseland Plan, Thursday 19th November is your opportunity to get them answered. Our Open Meeting this year asks: ‘Will the Roseland Plan protect Pendower Beach?’. The evening will focus on what’s in the Plan, how it will work in practice and what other factors are likely to influence planning decisions in future. So the meeting is not just about Pendower Beach but also how the plan is likely to affect the Roseland as a whole and everyone who lives here.
Our speakers will be Jon Smith and John Adams of the Roseland Plan Management Team and Robert Lacey, Principal Development Officer at Cornwall Council. The question and answer session follows, at which point our speakers will be joined by Martin Woodley and Jacquie Byatt, Cornwall Council planning officers with special responsibility for the Roseland area. Julian German our Roseland councillor and Edwina Hannaford, portfolio holder for planning will also be on the panel.
Everyone is welcome. For further details email firstname.lastname@example.org
We look forward to seeing you.
