Girl From Tregony Wins Miss Cornwall 2013

A Girl From South Central Cornwall is on her way to the Miss England competiton after being crowned Miss Cornwall.

Twenty girls from Cornwall took part at the competitoon on Saturday 30th March at the finals of Miss Cornwall in Torpoint, but Rosalie Douglas from Tregony was crowned Miss Cornwall 2013 after every judge – amongst them, Charlotte Holmes, the reigning Miss England – voted her first place.

Rosie will now represent the County at the Miss England Grand final at the Riviera Conference centre in Torquay Devon on the 16th June.

The ultimate winner of Miss England will win a prize package worth over £25,000 including a place in the Miss World final in September.
