Grampound Vintage & Pre-loved Sale

Grampound village hall are holding a vintage and pre-loved clothes sale on Sunday 4th November. They are asking locals to rummage through their wardrobes and drawers and bring their clean, quality clothes and accessories to sell.

The sale is to raise much needed funds for the village hall itself.

Organiser, Liz Fisher told Roseland Online, “We have some work to do in the play area where the ground has eroded below the swings, climbing frame etc. So we want to purchase some all weather surfacing material plus some anti slip strips for the climbing frames.”

The vintage and pre-loved sale with take place between 12.00 and 5.00pm and a changing room will be available but stall holders are asked to provide their own dress rails. Spaces are only £5 if pre-booked or £7 on the day.

Liz added, “If you would like to sell but can’t be there, we will do it for you for 10{c8c3b3d140ed11cb7662417ff7b2dc686ffa9c2daf0848ac14f76e68f36d0c20} of the sale price. We do ask that the clothes be clean and ironed and on hangers. Longer term, we need to actually drain the area and replace some of the equipment, so we hope everyone will come and support this event; one of many to come.”

Everyone is encouraged to come along on the day and enjoy the sale, refreshments and raffle. For more information on the event or to book at stall, you can contact Val on 01726 882458 or email: lizziefish@fsmail.net
