  1. To adopt the revised version of Standing Orders (minute 2017/05/21 refers).

 

  1. To receive an update on the Neighbourhood Development Plan.

 

  1. To review issues arising from the operation of the Valley Road public toilets (Cllr. Facey).

 

  1. To resolve that the Parish Council will take over the lease on the West Wharf public toilet block.

 

  1. To agree who will be contracted for the cleaning and maintenance of the West Wharf public toilets.

 

  1. To delegate authority to the Public Toilets Working Group to agree with the Clerk a procedure for the collection of and accounting for donations towards the costs of operating the public toilets.

 

  1. To receive an update on negotiations with Lloyds Bank (Chairman).

 

  1. To consider a request from St Peter’s Church for a grant towards a wheelchair access ramp at the Vicarage Hill gate.

 

  1. To consider funding options for an additional waste bin to be sited at the junction of Fore Street / Du Maurier Court.

 

  1. Proposal that the first 30 minutes of parking at the River Street Car Park should be free of charge (Cllr. Nathan).

 

  1. To consider the availability and effectiveness of defibrillators within the parish.

 

  1. To consider a request from Mevagissey Football Club for a £250 grant towards pitch improvement.

 

  1. To consider a request from Mevagissey CP School PTFA for a donation towards the cost of perimeter fencing.

 

  1. To consider a request from the Mevagissey Male Choir for a donation towards operational costs.
