Pendower Beach Cafe Reopens For Business

02.04.12: The Pendower beach cafe, which opened last summer, is back in business but with a great new facelift!

The three brothers, Tom, Harry and Charlie have taken the former the ‘Pink Hotel’ forecourt, which was admittedly a bit of an eyesore in the area, and tuned it into a delightful beach cafe for visitors.

Charlie told Roseland Online, “We wanted to up our game from last year and have given the area a real clean up, which will be much more inviting for the visitors to Pendower and Carne Beach this season. We’ll be having the usual Roskilly’s ice-cream, but we’ve also added some light snacks like barbequed sausages, etc. to the menu so people can enjoy a light lunch whilst visiting the beach.”

The cafe will be open daily from 1st April as both Tom and Harry have finished their university courses, and Charile will join them at the end of term for the main holiday rush.

It’s lovely to see that Nicola Bush from Roseland Nursery (and Roseland Online feature writer) has supplied shrubs and flowers for the facade and that the place has had a much needed spruce up.

And with the courtyard now brushed and seating added, it should give somewhere pleasant for the visitors of Pendower Beach to sit and have a good old cuppa and some lunch this season, so well done, boys!

  1. Thank you for the brilliant deli served today. I have been coming to Pendower with my family and the food on offer was top knock. We had 2 meat delis and 1 fish and it was superb. It turned a great day into a brilliant one, thank you.
