The purpose of this news item is to enable both Parish Councils & the wider community to be able to see what is happening, not only in the Parish where they live but in the neighbouring parishes as well.

It is proposed that Tregony Police Station will be moving on Tuesday 25th June 2013 from its current location in Cuby Road Tregony. The New Police Office will be located in Tregony Village hall. The Office In Cuby Road Will Then Be Closed and Not In Use.

The Contact numbers for us will stay the same.

General Details

Crimes Recorded

Ladock During this period police have been called to the parish 12 times. 5 of these were road related & 7 other calls.

4 crimes have been recorded:-

GE/13/94 – Criminal Damage To A Building  – Finalised

GE/13/99 – Between 9th May & 10th May A Vehicle was taken from the industrial estate in Grampound RD.

GE/13/100 – Assault in Ladock – Finalised.

1 x excess alcohol.

 
Probus During this period police have been called to the parish 15 times. 9 of these were road related.

3 crimes have been recorded:-

GE/13/88 – Theft of vehicle Front Number Plate

GE/13/95 – Theft of Handles from the public toilet

GE/13/102 – Theft of fuel from bus parked by A390, occurred overnight 21/22 May 2013.

 
Tregony During this period police have been called to the parish 4 times. All minor calls.

1 crime has been reported which is the theft of money from a business by a member of staff – ongoing.

No Crime Has Been Recorded.

 
Philleigh 1 call to the parish which was road related.

St. Mawes & St. Just In Roseland During this period police have been called to the parish 8 calls to the parish. 2 calls related to illegal fishing, 3 calls related to concern for welfare of individuals & 3 other calls.

2 crimes have been recorded:-

GE/13/104 – Dog Caused Minor Injury – Finalised

GE/13/113 – Between 01/11/12 & 01/05/13 sand removed from a property in Upper Castle Road.

 
Gerrans & Portscatho During this period police have been called to the parish 4 times.

No Crime Recorded.

 
Ruan Lanihorne No Calls To The Parish.

No Crime Recorded.

   
Veryan & Portloe During this period police have been called to the parish 6 times, 2 were road related and the others included a concern for welfare and a lost dog.

2 crimes have been recorded:-

GE/13/92 – Relates to a boat being taken from the slipway in Portloe. This was recovered and an arrest has been made. Ongoing.

GE/13/106 – Relates to the theft of fuel from Ruan High Lanes Between 23/05 – 30/05/13.

 
Cuby During this period police have been called to the parish once. This was road related.

No crime has been recorded.

 
Trispen St. Erme During this period police have been called to the parish 20 times. 8 of these were road related, 5 related to sus incident/concern for welfare of individuals. Only 2 calls with regard to Anti Social Behaviour. These matters have been resolved.

4 crimes have been recorded :-

2 relate to make off without payment from the fuel station.

GE/13/90 – Burglary from a property in Church Close a bush saw was taken between 07 &08/05/13.

GE/13/105 – Criminal Damage to a glass door. – Finalised

 
St. Allen 1 report of a broken down vehicle on the A30.

1 crime reported :-

GE/13/89 – Relates to the theft of 100 solar panels from Chynoweth Farm between 1900 on 06/05/13 & 0800 on 07/05/13.
