Superfast Business Cornwall (SFBC) is a service for SMEs across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly that aims to boost business competitiveness through increased understanding and exploitation of digital technology. This ERDF funded service offers SMEs, start–ups and social enterprises a tailored programme of high quality information, advice, and digital skills development.
We invite you to join us for afternoon tea at the Carbis Bay Hotel, St Ives on 28 February where we will be holding a masterclass for staff from business support organisations, banks, solicitors and accountants.
The Superfast Business Cornwall team will be delivering a masterclass on the subject of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and how this can be adopted in the businesses you work with.
We will look at:
- Why having a CRM makes sense
- What are the costs and risks when selecting a CRM
- The importance of selecting a CRM that meets the business strategy
- How businesses can increase sales, increase retention, enhance customer service and improve marketing effectiveness with the right CRM
There will be time to ask questions and to see how the Superfast Business Cornwall Service can link with your own delivery to support businesses.
Network with other business support staff and take the opportunity to make contacts.
Please note that we organise separate workshops for businesses and we will be happy to update you on these at the masterclass.
Hope to see you at Carbis Bay on 28 February.
