Supported Home Scheme for Vulnerable Adults

Mustard Seed Property (MSP) has recently launched an exciting new community share offer, which seeks to raise funds to purchase a residential property in Cornwall that will provide a supported home for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities.

MSP was set up in 2007, by residents of Cornwall intent on providing the right support for individuals that need it. They raised £300,000 and bought an old bed and breakfast and positively changed the lives of five families. Ten years on, this property has been through a number of iterations and is now used by St. Petroc’s Society as a supported house for former homeless individuals.

To date we have raised over £190,000 of our £600,000 target, through promoting the offer to the general public and Foundations, using our existing contacts and social media.

However, to achieve our target we really need more help spreading the word to Cornish residents. If you would like to learn more or get involved, click on the following link to the share offer website.
