The Hub Radio moves a step closer to being “on-air”

The Hub Radio has been awarded a full-time community radio licence to cover the Central South Cornwall area.  Over the past few months the team have been busy organising transmitter and studio locations as well as seeking grant funding.

They’re now able to let you in on great news regarding all three areas of the project.  Things are about to step up a gear!

An open public meeting is being held in the committee room (upstairs) at Tregony Village Hall (TR2 5RW) on Sunday 13th January at 5pm (that’s this Sunday!) for anyone who’d like to hear more about their progress and also for those who’d like to get involved at this early stage with all the leg-work that needs to be done in order to get The Hub Radio on-air.  There was a good amount of interest and people signing up for working parties at the last meetings and the team would now like to put these into place and set the wheels in motion.

If you’re going to come along, please let the team know by clicking here:

It’s important that anybody who’d like to get involved at this stage, attend the meeting.  If you can’t make this date but would like to get involved, please let us know by email.
