The Roseland Plan – July 2014 Update

The Consultation Draft of The Roseland Plan is now ready. Regulation 14 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 requires us to undertake a 6 week formal consultation and this will run from Sunday 3rd August until Sunday 14th September.

An explanatory letter and comment form should have been delivered to every household on the Roseland. If you haven’t received one, please contact the Secretary (details below).

In addition to residents, second home owners and visitors, local stakeholders and statutory consultees such as Cornwall Council, the AONB and Natural England have been informed.

All comments and suggestions will be recorded and appropriate modifications made to the Plan, if necessary.

After the consultation period, and after any necessary modifications have been made, the Plan will be submitted formally for examination. Assuming this goes well, we then move on to a referendum and, finally, adoption of the Plan.
