Energy Cost Savings Roadshow to Reach St Mawes

cornwalltogetherWould you like to save money on your energy bills in 2013? Then it would be advisable to be at The Rising Sun on Friday in St Mawes.

Cornwall Together (a partnership between Cornwall Council and Eden Project) aims to reduce the cost of living by bringing people from all walks of life together to negotiate a better deal for their energy bills. They are running a series of Roadshows throughout Cornwall and local councillor, Julian German has negotiated a stop-off in St Mawes so South Central Cornwall residents can find out more.

How it Works:

On 8th February, energy suppliers bid against each other to provide the cheapest energy prices for Cornwall Together members. Between 18th February & 17th March, people will be able to register at www.cornwalltogether.com or by Freephone on: 0800 772 0925 (you’ll need to have a recent energy bill to hand.)

Once you’ve registered you’ll be given a quote that tells you the possible saving you would get if you switched to the winning company in their category. You can switch immediately or wait and switch later (as long as it’s before the 17th March).

The St Mawes date is from 6 – 8pm in Rising Sun pub in St Mawes this Friday 22nd February. If you miss this date, or can’t make it, here are the other possible dates.
