This is Cornish for “Sea View Crescent”. The postcode will be “TR2 5AF” for all houses numbered 1-30. However, in the document of approval from Cornwall Council, it does not state whether the open market houses, which are currently under construction, will be included in this street name and numbering, or whether they will recieve a seperate street name and postcode once finished.
