Holidays Operation Assistant Manager (National Trust holidays team)
The National Trust has an exciting new role of Holidays Operation Assistant Manager in Mid & South East Cornwall to assist in the delivery of our growing holidays business.
This exciting and dynamic new role will ensure consistent delivery of the holiday operation across the area, helping to achieve high levels of visitor satisfaction. The role entails being out and about at the holiday cottages, travelling in our widespread portfolio and some weekend work. We currently have cottages between South East Cornwall and the Roseland.
You will help with recruitment and grow the team providing clear induction and training; organise the rota, hold team meetings and supervise the team giving them plenty of support, coaching and feedback.
You will handle any day-to-day maintenance problems and equipment failures liaising with staff and contractors. You will carry out risk and compliance tasks making sure everyone is safe and work closely with the wider property team of business support and rangers to deliver memorable holidays.
