Did you know you can now book appointments with Roseland Surgeries online?

Every patient of the Roseland Surgeries can apply for an online account. This will enable you to book appointments and order medication via Roseland Surgery’s online portal. You can also request to have access to your medical records (this is especially useful if you want to check that information is correct, whether your blood results are back etc.)

Taking advantage of a national move to get more and more patients using an online system, all patients can now ask for an account and access it 24/7-365. However the surgeries do still have mechanisms for people to order medication via letter/email if they don’t want to sign up to the online services and there is no obligation on a patient to use this service. Their telephone system is still available for all who prefer the traditional method of contacting the surgery but repeat prescriptions requests aren’t possible by phone.
