Roseland Plan Latest Information – May 2015

The examiner appointed to look at our Plan, Claire Wright, visited the Roseland incognito during the first week of April to learn something about our area. She committed to completing the examination in April so, by the time you read this, we should know what she thought.

Assuming that Claire does not require us to make too many changes(!), it is possible that the referendum (for which there is a statutory 6 week notice period) might take place in late June/early July.

Our next Steering group Meeting will be held at 7 pm on Wednesday 20th May at Gerrans Memorial Hall. We have a talk scheduled by Natasha Collings-Costello, the County Ecology Officer, about potential wildlife-related projects we might undertake. Also, of course, we will be discussing the Examination outcome. As usual, members of the public are very welcome to attend.
