Zero Tolerance to Abusive Behaviour
It is with a heavy heart that we must inform you of the increase in verbal abuse and threatening behaviour towards our practice staff. This will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances and patients acting in this way may be removed from our surgery list.
Please remember that the reception and dispensary teams are working on behalf of the Partners of the Roseland Surgeries. If you are unhappy with the service you have received, you should contact the Practice Manager in the first instance who will be happy to discuss your concerns.
Some people have No patience these days and are just rude. Would they like to be spoken to like that, I am sure they wouldn’t. All my life I have been on the front line of reception work, and noticed that people are just getting ruder. Instead of actually discussing their problems they shout and are abusive. It’s a sad state of affairs.
