I hereby give you notice that the MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL of the above Parish will be held at the Parish Millennium Rooms, St Mawes on Monday 6th November 2017 commencing at 7pm

 

All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder.

 

Residents of the Parish are invited to attend and listen to proceedings.

       with Zurich Municipal under S145 of the Local Government Act 1972

ii)             St Mawes Community Fireworks – to approve a donation towards the community

fire work display on 3rd November under S145 of the Local Government Act 1972

iii)            St Mawes Recreation Ground – to approve the estimate for essential tree works on

       safety grounds

iv)            St Mawes Car Park – to approve the estimate for essential tree works on safety

grounds

v)             Chapel Steps, St Mawes – to approve the estimated costs for replanting the borders
