06.04.11: RSPB warden, Nick Tomalin has come across a stray Polecat which, because of its tameness, he believes may be a house pet and is missing from a home in the Gerrans area.

Nick came across the animal in a field near Gerrans and asks the owners to contact him directly so he can show the owners its whereabouts.

Update13.04.11: The Polecat/ferret has now found a home with Mary Alice Pollard. The owner should contact Mary for a Portscatho pick up: 01872 580429
