To help provide a consistent stream of affordable housing for the Roseland community, we have created the Roseland Community Housing Fund to support the St Just in Roseland Community Land Trust Ltd (a registered charity usually known as the Roseland CLT) operating across the five Parishes. Our flyer in the January Roseland Magazine has been successful in stimulating donations from a number of local residents and organisations. Nonetheless,  we continue to actively seek donations,  grant money and partners.

Our aim is to acquire redundant buildings for refurbishment or re-build or purchase land for small housing developments. In the event that we cannot acquire land or redundant buildings, we will consider the purchase of existing housing for use as affordable homes.

YOU COULD HELP IN SEVERAL WAYS:

1. You could make a donation to the Roseland Community Housing Fund.
2. You could join our endeavour and become a Member of the Roseland CLT.
3. Taking this a little further, you could volunteer to become a Trustee of the CLT and actively help the current team take this initiative forward.
4. Finally, we would also be extremely interested in discussing confidentially with you any potential development opportunities that you may know of, or be willing to offer for sale to the community, whether involving small plots of land or buildings.
