New players welcome. It is great fun, good exercise and an enjoyable way to meet people. The same basic netball rules apply but you are not allowed to run or jump! It is easy to pick up if you have never played netball or it’s been a long time since you did. All you need are a pair of trainers or other suitable shoes. £4.

St Ewe Harvest Auction – Saturday 13th October at 6.30pm - St Ewe Village Hall. Free entry to the auction and £5 for a two course buffet. Bring your own drinks. This is always a really enjoyable evening – great fun with lots of bargains! Raising funds for St Ewe village hall and church.

Jazz In The Village, 19:30 21:45

A real treat here on Sunday 14th October at 7.30pm. Renowned jazz duo Dominic Spencer and Ian Millar are on a national tour from their base in Scotland and are playing in Grampound Hall. Their very accessible style concentrates on developing melodic ideas within jazz standards and their own compositions. They have sold out at Edinburgh fringe for many years. Tickets £10 adult; under 16 free available from Grampound store or 01726 883874. You can Bring Your Own Beer to this event.
