23/09/2017(5 events) – Open sessions for beginners or all ages children welcome. Come and join us for an hour or two of fun. – Beautiful well structured 3/4 acre terraced plantsman's garden of flowering trees, shrubs and lovely perennials. Year round colour and harmony with superb sea and harbour views. Some steps to terraces, no wheelchairs. Sections for Handicrafts, Cookery, Preserves, Flowers, Vegetables & Fruit, Floral Art, Photography and Children's classes. Schedules with entry forms are available in local shops. – Harvest Auction and Supper at St Ewe Village Hall. £5 for 2 courses (children £2.50). Bring your own bottle. Raising funds for the village hall and church. – On Saturday 23rd September join mixed vocal group from Truro Operatic Society, 'The Top Notes of Truro', in the St Mawes Memorial Hall for an evening of music from stage and screen. Tickets are available on the door at £6, so just come along and enjoy some well know songs from much-loved musicals. The evening starts at 7.30pm and the bar will be open from 7pm. |
