About us
Based in the beautiful Cornish countryside just outside Truro, we have a tranquil “Resting Place” where we care for the deceased with compassion and respect. We also offer female-only washing and dressing of your loved one. Our ethos is to provide products and services that are environmentally-friendly and to avoid those that are not. We are committed to encouraging a new approach to the end-of-life.

Where to hold the ceremony?
A ceremony can be held anywhere (with the landlord’s permission) before continuing on to the burial place or crematorium.

We have a large selection of natural coffins.

Who will lead the ceremony?
There is no legal requirement for a service and some people prefer to do something special afterwards. Traditionally ministers have taken funeral services but now many people choose to use a non-religious celebrant or to take the ceremony themselves for a more personal touch.
