The application (PA24/00042) involves the demolition of part of the existing buildings, conversion of part of the existing hotel building and the erection of 3 replacement open market residential dwellings and 20 unit apartment hotel.
PBHH Ltd also want to build 2 key worker units, a restaurant and shop. The plans include off site highway improvements and cliff stabilisation, access, and on-site car parking for 62 vehicles. The application also involves land landscaping and biodiversity, infrastructure, and ancillary works.
The plans contain a total of 132 documents. Any comments must be submitted to the council by the end of March.
