Chef’s United at Roseland College in aid of CHSW

logosWill Gould from The WatchHouse, St Mawes and Paul Wadham from Hotel Tresanton will be helping Year 10 catering students from Roseland College prepare a small banquet evening, raising funds for Children’s Hospice South West. The event is aided by Abbotts Event Hire.

For just £25 per person, diners will receive a Welcoming cocktail (Cornish apple & gin fizz) and canapés followed by a truly magnificent feast with entertainment from the students themselves as well as a £5 raffle.

The menu will consist of:

Starters: Grampound duck rillette with crispy duck skin crackling and granny smith jelly, Da Bara walnut, raisin and cinnamon toasts, WatcHouse pickles, dressed baby leaves.

Main CourseCod, chorizo, butter beans, purple sprouting broccoli, fennel

Dessert: Trio of desserts , Coffee and treats!
