The Plan continues its progress towards the Referendum. Cornwall Council commenced a 6 week period of publicising The Plan on 12 February. In addition, by the time you read this, an Examiner should have been appointed.

As we mentioned last month, the Steering Group has begun work on the implementation projects flagged in the Plan. We would benefit from input from people who would be prepared to do relevant work in their own settlements on developing a Roseland Design Guide and producing Conservation Area Management Plans. If you would be prepared to offer practical help, please contact the Secretary (details below).

We would like to remind you that to be able to vote in the referendum (and other local elections), you need to be on the Electoral Roll. If you are not currently on the Electoral Roll, and wish to find out whether you meet the qualifying criteria, please contact Cornwall Council Electoral Services Office (01209 614373).

Next Steering Group Meeting: this will be held at 7 pm on Wednesday 18th March at Veryan Sports and Social Club. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
