In Attendance PJ Howson (Clerk).

- Proposed by Cllr. Facey, Seconded by Cllr. Hrydziuszka that it be confirmed that this meeting is not open to the press or public. Carried.
- Apologies received: None.
3a. Declarations of interest. None.
3b. Gift Declarations. None.
- Proposed by Cllr. Hrydziuszka, Seconded by Cllr. Facey that the minutes of the extraordinary meeting held on 3 March 2016 be accepted. Carried.
- To consider legal opinion received regarding the appeal decision on PA15/03079 (School Hill development).
Proposed by Cllr. Daniel, Seconded by Cllr. Facey that advice be sought from Counsel as to the grounds for a possible challenge. Cllr. Whatty asked for votes to be recorded by name. All members present voted for the proposal except for Cllr. Whatty who voted against. Carried.
