There will be a public meeting regarding the changes to the Portloe and Veryan bus services on Monday 30th June at 7.30pm in Portloe Church.
This meeting is to discuss what service the community needs and how the community can make it happen.
In light of the discussion after an unprecedented turnout at the Veryan Parish Council meeting on Monday evening, Cornwall Councillor Julian German had begun to arrange this public meeting.
Cllr Phil Tregunna will Chair the meeting and Julian German will be in attendance. He has invited representatives from Cornwall Council’s passenger transport unit, Western Greyhound, Summercourt Travel, Roseland Community Transport, the lead Cornwall Councillor for public transport, Bert Biscoe, and Sarah Newton MP.
