Update following the local renewable energy event held by REACT on Tuesday 21st March at Gerrans Memorial Hall.
REACT members were delighted that many people came to the information/drop-in session to find out about the proposed scheme. The scheme would provide local cheaper daytime energy for households and businesses by developing a solar PV and AD or Hot Composter system. It would also help to reduce carbon emissions and be better for the planet.
There was a lot of interest, discussion and support for the project.
