RNLI Roseland Branch Supporters Appeal

Readers are often those who live and play on the Roseland, either full time or part time.  We all see the beautiful seas that surround us and many enjoy access to it for recreation in one form or another, either afloat or swimming in it.  Some in our community are engaged in commercial maritime activities too.
We also know that not every adventure ends as we might wish and so are very grateful that should something dreadful happen the RNLI will come to our aid, be it with a lifeboat, an inshore RIB or lifeguards on some of the county’s beaches.  And these services do not end when the sun goes in or the weather takes a turn for the worse.
However, those brave individuals who provide that service, often as volunteers, can only do so because the RNLI charity is able to raise the funds to support and provide for them.  We are looking to reinforce and develop the Roseland branch of the RNLI supporters, seeking to raise both funds and the profile of the RNLI at the regular events around the Roseland as the restrictions of the last couple of years are wound back.   So, if you would like to get involved in these efforts in any capacity including joining the local committee, even if you only live here part of the time, please contact Andy Bramwell, local RNLI Community Manager on Andy_Bramwell@rnli.org.uk.
