Roseland Plan Update – November 2015

The Roseland Plan is very positive about provision of affordable housing through a Roseland Community Land Trust (CLT). There is a specific policy (Policy HO5) which ensures that such housing is built only to meet the needs of the local community or those with strong Roseland connections.

If you own any of the following, and would like them to be considered so that we can help provide affordable housing in very small developments (1-5 units), please contact us in confidence by phone: 01872 501749 or email: :

(i)      holiday let;

(ii)      hotel, guest house etc;

(iii)     redundant building (such as a barn);

(iv)     infill land within the settlement boundaries of designated villages, i.e. St Mawes, St Just, Gerrans/Portscatho, Veryan or Veryan Green;

(v)      other land adjacent to a village.
