Stumpy Cat: adventures in No-Napsland by Peter Lewis-Dale, illustrated by Harriet Armstrong

Published by Stumpy Cat Books, 2020

A sweet little story written in rhyme, beautifully illustrated, and featuring Stumpy Cat and his adventures. In this book he saves the people in a city ruled by a King who won’t let people sleep. Everyone is expected to work without a break and there’s noise all day and all night.

Like most cats, Stumpy likes to sleep. He isn’t keen on following the rules so he decides to change things…just as soon as he’s had a nap.
The book is dedicated to rescue cats everywhere and the sub text is the importance of friendship, being kind and helping others. A percentage of the profits go to the Cats Protection charity.
And, in case you were wondering, Stumpy Cat is a real cat (with a docked tail).
