We have received recent reports of persons cold calling on residents in the areas of Truro, Newquay and St Austell. They produced a card stating they are deaf and/or mute and selling pictures for money, or have given a similar storyline.

Please be wary as these persons may not be genuine. If you have persons cold calling with this storyline please phone us as soon as possible on 101 quoting log 584 25/11/13 so we can check their authenticity and deal appropriately.
