Police seek your help in trying to locate a white 13ft open fishing boat. The owner of this craft was involved in a search and rescue situation during the evening of December 4th 2013, however the craft has yet to be recovered.

If still afloat it may have freely drifted in the area between Lizard Point up to the mouth of the Helford. It is possible that the craft is no longer intact.

Our appeal is for cliff walkers, beach users and persons using any inshore marine craft in the area, to report any sightings of this abandoned boat or possible items of wreckage, to the Coastguard or by calling Devon and Cornwall Police via the 101 no: quoting ref AH/13/1473. Thank you.
