01.09.12: Richard Moss, half of the Moss & Frost Property Management Services team covering the Roseland Peninsula and South Central Cornwall has added a new string to his bow. Having been recently PAT C&G 2377 accredited – passing with exceptionally high grades – Richard, with his partner Tina Frost, can now add Electrical Appliance Safety testing to their portfolio of business offerings to their clients.

Richard told Roseland Online, “We’re  always looking to extend the services we can offer our clients and this is a perfect example of just such a service. As well as covering our client’s property managment needs, this service will enable them to keep up to date with important safety checks on their appliances and, we hope, save them stress and time in having to have this done through outside sources.”

Richard can also undertake this service to non-clients and they do look forward to hearing from any new clients who may wish to “get on board the Moss Frost Train”.
