06/09/2018An introductory session to walking football for men and women over 55. With the support of the RSPG we have been playing weekly since May but this is another opportunity to have go. Played indoors at a fast walking pace and with limited contact there is less risk of injury and so it is an ideal game both for those wanting to play again and those who haven't played football before.
