Cornwall Hospice Care is a well-known Cornish charity providing 24/7 compassionate, specialised palliative care, end of life care and lymphoedema clinics for patients, families and carers at our inpatient units, Mount Edgcumbe and St Julias Hospices. 

The Community Services team also offers the community:

• Community support in our Neighbourhood Hubs for those with a palliative condition and their loved ones
• Bereavement support services both 1-1 and group sessions
• Self-help group,  guides, newsletters and information
