A number of drop in sessions have been organised by Cornwall Council to provide advice for communities affected by last month’s floods. The sessions, including two in South Central Cornwall are as follows:
Lostwithiel Community Centre, Liddicoat Road, Thursday 10 January 6.30pm to 8pm
Jubilee Hall, Chapel Street, Mevagissey, Thursday 10 January 4pm to 5.45pm
Ladock Village Hall, Monday 14 January 4pm to 6pm
Cawsand Bay Hotel, Wednesday 16 January 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Millbrook Scout Hall, Wednesday 16 January 7pm to 8pm
Mousehole School, Wednesday 16 January 5pm to 7pm
Helston One Stop Shop, Isaac House, Tyacke Road, Thursday 17 January 5.30pm to 7.30pm
Millenium Rooms, St Mawes, Wednesday 23 January 4pm to 6pm
Staff from the Environment Agency, police, Cornwall Council’s localism and highways services, local councils, the voluntary sector and a range of other agencies are taking part in the surgeries which are aimed at helping people learn more about what happened and what they can do next.
