The Examiner’s report arrived in late May. The conclusion was that the Roseland Neighbourhood Development Plan should proceed to referendum subject to a series of minor modifications, none of which change the Plan’s content or direction.

The modified Plan was subject to a final check for financial and legal implications by Cornwall Council and then sent to the relevant Portfolio Holder for signature. At the time of writing (early June), it is expected that the Referendum will be held in late July.

The Steering Group will be circulating letters across the Roseland reminding everyone about the content of The Plan and encouraging all those eligible to vote.
