Saturday night was a successful evening in St Mawes Memorial Hall when £2000 was raised to be split between St Just Church Roof Appeal and Precious Lives Little Harbour Hospice Appeal. A further fundraiser for St Just Church Roof Appeal will be on Saturday 6th November in the form of a buffet prepared by Master Chef Ann Long combined with An Auction of Promises.

Items currently being promised include a 45 minute Plane trip for two around Cornwall; a day’s sailing on a Shrimper with a picnic lunch; Private tour around Place Manor; 30 minute Helicopter Ride; Dinner for 2 at The  Punchbowl and Ladel; Cream Tea and Entrance to Lamorran Gardens, plus lots more in the pipeline.
