We’re delighted to announce the relaunch of Roseland Online. This new magazine format not only has a fabulous navigation function – enabling us to find any page on the site instantly – but with social media feeds, loads of great widgets and a comments function – enabling everyone to comment on almost every article – this truly is a Roseland Online for the future!
You’ll notice the hyphen in our url (RoselandOnline.co.uk) has gone (well, what’s a hyphen between friends!) but no matter if you go to the old url, it will automatically redirect you, so you can still use that. (N.B. If you have direct links to specific pages, though, you’ll need to update these.)
Just a few important thank-yous. First to Toby and especially Tommy – the King Harry boys. Tommy Tonkins has been of huge support, talking us through the intricate details of coding (delving into places where mere mortals fear to tread!) and has given us invaluable advice over the past few months… so thanks, Tommy!
Thanks, too, to our sponsors: Classic Sailing, The Nare Hotel, Hotel Tresanton, Fal River, Trethem Mill & Trevalsa Court along with some private donations and donations from both St Ewe Parish Council and Portscatho Regatta Committee. And a last minute thank-you to Tregassick House, too. Without you, this expansion would have been virtually impossible, so thanks on behalf of all Roseland Online readers and volunteers. There’s still work to do, so if you’d like to help us, just email us and we’ll happily get you on board!
OK, so let’s not go on about what’s new this month because virtually EVERYTHING’s new! Please let us know your thoughts either by email, or why not register and comment on this headline story or any story? Everyone will be able to see your comments and so we can all chat with one another there about the changes… all constructive feedback is gratefully received and noted.
Thank you for choosing Roseland Online and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Congratulations on the excellent new RoselandOnline website. It really is a great asset for both local residents and visitors to this wonderful area.
