Are you interested in gardening, growing or working with plants or flowers? If so, we’d love you to be part of our plant swap to help raise money for Veryan Parish Hall.
Although the sale isn’t till May 2019, we want you to start thinking about what plants you’d like to submit.
Whilst we are all busy dividing, moving, throwing out, collecting seed, planting bulbs, why not sow a few extra veg and annual seeds… they’ll all be welcome!
We’re looking for enthusiastic amateur gardeners, or those aspiring to learn, to meet like-minded folk, and swap and buy all types of plant and seeds with the proceeds going to the hall.
There’ll be a team on hand to help with advice on plant identification, on whether certain plants will work for you, and how to care for and maintain them.
There’ll also be chance for gardeners, landscapers, florists, etc. to advertise their business and meet and greet.
