07.03.11: Roseland Online has this morning recieved confirmation from DCHA that the 31st March handover date for the Gerrans Hill Development is still on track. There were more delays after the plumbing firm that were servicing the development went into administrations, but Mansells quickly instructed a new firm, reducing the need to delay the development any further than the end of the month.
