21.04.11:The Millenium rooms in St Mawes was was full to bursting, last night, as local painter, Lynn Golden’s sneak preiview “Cornish and Caribbean” exhibition got underway. All proceeds from the wine and cheese evening went to the Precious Lives Appeal and there was huge interest in her paintings, especially the new collection from her recent Barbados trip which were selling like hot cakes.

Lynn’s collection opens today to the general public in the milennium rooms from 10am to 6pm until Wednesday 26th April and you can also see a small collection of her work online under www.lynngolden.co.uk

Update: Thanks to Lynn’s generosity, the evening raised over £600 for the Precious Lives Appeal. Well done to all who helped out!
