The Annual Parish Meeting, also known as the Meeting of Electors, will taker place at 6.30pm on Thursday 18th May at the M.A.C.
The agenda is attached, along with a copy of the previous minutes.
Although this is not a Council meeting, it is customary for members to attend.
It will be followed by the Council’s AGM and the Ordinary May meeting, for which summonses will be issued separately.
