Dear Councillors,

You are summoned to attend the Annual General Meeting, General and Planning meetings of the Parish Council.

It will be held at the Mevagissey Activity Centre on Thursday 19 May and will follow the Annual Meeting of Electors which starts at 6.30pm.

The Agenda for the meeting is here.

The AGM will be followed by the Ordinary monthly meeting (agenda here).  The Planning Meeting will be held on Friday 20 May at 7.00pm (agenda here).
