Following the successful and well attended October meeting for the Roseland Neighbourhood Development Plan – where a number of people said that they would be happy to be involved in the creation of the Plan – the next formal step is for the Parish Councils to write to Cornwall Council, notifying the commencement of a Plan and that the Plan area is for the Parishes of St Just, Gerrans, Philleigh, Ruan Lanihorne and Veryan.

There will be a public meeting on Tuesday 11th December 7pm at Veryan Parish Hall, which local councillor, Julian German, will be attending. This meeting will be focused at Roseland information and gather thoughts about what the key areas for the plan will be.
