18.07.12: The “Basking Shak” cafe on Pendower beach, which had its reopening earlier in the summer, is holding its first event night this Saturday 21st of July. The Goldsmith boys’ food events will take place every Saturday until the end of August.
One of the three Goldsmith brothers, Tom, told Roseland Online, with “We have limited tickets available as we feel personal events will be more enjoyable for everyone. The first event features a Thai Curry with surprise extras cooked by professional chef, Ian McKay”
The boys will also be putting on live acoustic music for their seafront fiesta.
Tom continued, “After helping Simon [Stallard] cook on some of the feast nights over at the Hidden Hut, I decided to go ahead and to attempt putting one on myself at my own beach cafe along with the help of Ian.”
With the movement of the jet stream the weather is likely to improve for the better in perfect time for beach events like these.
