The Hub Radio has planned a 2 1/2 day live music festival for mid May 2014 to launch the new station. Midway through the festival, the radio station will go live.
The festival, running from 4pm on Friday 16th through till Sunday 18th plans to feature Cornish bands and singers, a variety of unheard talent and experienced artists from around the country including Katrina Leskanich from Katrina and the Waves – her first concert in over 2 decades.
There will also be free circus skills demos and workshops, free pasty making classes, free face painting and free bouncy castles to keep the kids (big and small) entertained.
There is a limited number of ‘earlybird’ tickets where you can get reduced price tickets up to the end of January 2014. Adult tickets (aged 14 and over) are £20 for the weekend and profits from the festival will go towards The Hub Radio.
