As we’re enjoying plenty of streamed productions during lockdown, I felt it apt to review one of my personal favourites.

In the first series, a group of Parisian movie-star agents have to figure out how to carry on with the agency after the passing of their fearless leader.

Day-to-day issues are infused with the power games amongst those who want the CEO chair to make for a superb dramedy of errors.

This is a fabulous french series in which the characters and their flaws are divinely drawn and the storylines, which include cameos from some of the biggest French stars (E.g.: Juliette Binoche, Monica Bellucci & Isabelle Adjani) are both captivating and addictive.

As I write, I’m enjoying the third series and it’s as wonderfully chaotic without being silly or overplayed. Truly one of the best foreign language series I’ve immersed myself in in a long time.

Verdict: If you’re to watch one French TV production this year… *****
